Quack Attack!

On Sunday, April 3rd from 2-5PM at the US National Whitewater center is Kindermourn's seventh annual "Hope Floats Duck Race". We are racing for our little Wyatt (b/d 11/20/2009) and for all of our friends and family with little angels out there. Kindermourn was and has been a very integral part of our mourning and healing process. There really is no way possible to thank them enough for helping us through one of the darkest times in our lives and for the friendships formed in spite of tragedy. By racing, we are helping to give back.

If you want to participate in the "race", you can buy ducks online and help contribute to "TEAM WYATT". The site is still a little less than user friendly, so, I will try to include step by step instructions below. All proceeds go to Kindermourn to help the families they serve. To get your ducks:

• Go to http://www.duckrace.com/charlotte
• Click where it says "Click HERE to adopt"
• "Adopt a duck by selecting your favorite team"
• "Team Wyatt"
• Click on "Allison Dyer" (or, if you want to JOIN our team and raise your own funds...let me know and I'll walk you through setting it up!!!)
• "Adopt under this team member"

Did I mention there will be lots of great prizes too for the race, including a $5K cash prize?!?! Oh yeah!
